- Computer with Esys installed.
- BMW Enet Cable.
- BMW Standard Tools 2.12
Your car should have:
- HuEntryNav2
- ATM Module
- Wlan Port and Antenna
- I Step 18.03 and above
HuEntryNav2 Apple CarPlay Activation Guide:
- Run E-sys
- Read ECU
- Read HU_Entrynav2 - Edit FDL
- Search for “LONGVIN”
- Replace the "Werte" value with the VIN of a factory-activated CarPlay vehicle.
- Save CAFD
- Perform CAFD programming (Code FDL)
- Exit E-sys
- Run TOOL32
- Load Enavevo.prg
- Click “steuern_routine” and select “configuration” in the parameter, then Press F5 to run the job
- Wait about 1 minute
- Click “steuergerate-reset”
- Select “Media” → “Edit removable device” → “Add new device”
- Then you will find the “CarPlay” option
- Keep your car in sleep mode
- Everything is OK.
